Międzynarodowa Komisja Lingwistyki Komputerowej (ICCL) zał. przez Davida Hays z RAND Corporation w 1965, jako stały organ do uruchomienia międzynarodowych konferencji lingwistyki. Obecnie prezesem ICCL jest prof. Martin Kay z Uniwersytetu Stanforda.
